Situated mid-way between Alton and Petersfield in glorious Hampshire countryside, the Privett Centre offers lowest cost, comfortable short-stay accommodation for out-of-school education in a unique rural setting.

The centre is a picturesque converted Victorian school and schoolhouse located next to the church in a farming hamlet which lies within the East Hampshire 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Sleeping a maximum of eighteen youngsters and two group leaders, the centre is designed to accommodate small to medium-sized groups who prefer the freedom of hiring a small centre all to themselves.

The centre provides the basics - a self-catering kitchen, bunk beds mainly in bedrooms, a large common room, games room, and shower rooms all under one roof. There are two single rooms for accompanying leaders.

Outside a large paddock and asphalt playground provide secure and spacious recreational and parking space. The tranquillity and views of the open countryside are magnificent.

Available for weekday, weekend and day use all year, the Privett Centre is an ideal residential setting, supporting curriculum and PSHE work taking place in schools, youth awards and youthwork projects.
