Cleaning & Cooking
The Privett Centre has a large amount of standard metal school cookware, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, cutlery etc for at least 20 and a small selection of cooking utensils and serving dishes. The table below is to help you plan your ‘to bring' list:

  • ‘J' cloths, paper towels
  • Refuse sacks
  • Toilet roll & kitchen roll
  • Bleach, Toilet duck
  • Spay kitchen and bathroom cleaner
  • Tea towels
  • Hand towels
  • Tin foil/Cling film
  • Chopping board(s)
  • Food boxes
  • Bottle opener
  • Sharp knives
  • Oven gloves
  • Food storage boxes

First Aid
You need to bring your own first aid box. Details of local doctors' surgeries and pharmacies are available at the centre.

Sleeping & Washing

  You should bring:
 
  • Sleeping bag
  • Pillowcase
  • Towels
  • Soap
  • Bathmat (recommended)
  • All toiletries

Outdoor Wear
We recommend children bring indoor and outdoor shoes . All outdoor wear can be left in the cloakroom which has underbench heating.
